RETREATS
Feeling the harmony from within
Retreats are powerful containers that take us out of day-to-day life, and give us access to go deeper within, in a safe and nurturing environment. All of the biggest leaps in my own personal growth have come from attending such retreats, and it’s an honour to craft these multi-day offerings for others to experience the same.
The retreats are often held at our home in Costa Rica, and at times in other beautiful locations around the world. We also open our home for other facilitators to host their group, in an incredible natural setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The CREW
In today's fast-paced world, many men grapple with a common challenge – feeling disconnected from their true selves due to societal expectations that often suppress vulnerability and authenticity.
The CREW, co-led by Daniel Kudish and Jake Kokot, is a sacred container which aims to guide other men who in this moment of their lives, might be feeling overwhelmed, alone, and lacking clarity, and are longing for connection, direction, and peace.
Open to all, on an ongoing rolling basis.
